How to delete objects from the database?

How can I delete components or objects from the database?

You can not delete a database object completely from the database. The reason is to keep backward compatibility from possible projects that were using the symbol.
In project editing, you will never see a deleted object when inserting objects.
In database editing, you can choose to see the deleted objects as red color OR hide the objects (see computer settings).
